OUR MISSION Our organization was founded by breast cancer survivors who have a passion for supporting and empowering others who are currently in the fight against breast and gynecological cancers. We strive to balance the fear and uncertainty that breast and gynecological cancers bring to individuals and families by providing free direct services to those throughout Central, Midwest, and Southwest Ohio, Northern Kentucky, St. Louis, Missouri and Southwestern Illinois area, the Bay Area, California, and Buffalo, NY. Pink Ribbon Good provides healthy meals, rides to treatment, housecleaning services, cancer education and peer support to breast and gynecological cancer patients and their families, independent of age, stage or socio-economic status and free of charge. Since 2001, the Purple People Bridge Company have owned and operated the ever popular, “Purple People Bridge” – a pedestrian-only bridge that stretches 2,670 feet (.5 mile) across the Ohio River.
