A free educational discussion for school counselors, families, teachers and school administrators on how to support children that have school needs. Two presentations and a panel discussion will cover how to consider the needs of the whole child at school, neuropsychological testing and its value in understanding children and how to translate knowledge into strategy.

Various classes are offered by our St. Elizabeth Sports Performance staff! From getting back into things post-injury to building your strength, conditioning, speed, and agility for ANY sport.

Join us every Tuesday for FREE tai chi classes with instructor Ralph Dehner, for cancer patients, survivors, and their loved ones! Classes take place noon in The Christ Hospital Cancer Center Activity Room, Level D, of the main hospital (2139 Auburn Avenue). Ralph may also guide participants outside as the weather permits. Here's what patient Betty has to say about how tai chi has helped her: “I have seen my energy level return faster than other members of my support group who were not participating in tai chi. My hair grew back in on its own. My appetite has increased on its own. However, I strongly believe that my memory, ability to focus, balance and energy level would not be where they are today if it were not for my practice of tai chi. It has been great having a helping hand along for my journey back to health.” Registration is not required! Simply come as you're able. Call 513-585-4002 with questions.

These classes will focus on individual skill development in a group-based setting. For example, some of the skills covered include dribbling, first touch, passing, shooting, shooting technique, ball skills, moving off the ball, etc.!
