Spring Workout Schedule
5:30-6:00p: Cardio Blast – BBF Health
Fun family fitness with this session we want to encourage the entire family all ages and all fitness levels to come out and enjoy a fun cardio workout. Let’s workout!

6:15-7:00p: Sage Hot Yoga
A vinyasa style class that gives you just what you need: union of body, breath, and mind. This class reflects Sage Yoga Hot’s signature Sage Flow which embodies Music, Flow, Sweat, and Soul. All levels welcome.

Cinema features a free movie screening every Wednesday at Ziegler Park this summer and fall! Dust off those lawn chairs, grab a picnic basket, and join us for a fun, relaxing evening on our Great Lawn.

Movies begin at 9:00pm.
