Ché O'Bryonville

I liked the restaurant, the service, the ambiance, and especially the empanadas. VERY disappointed in the caipirinha, however. Not AT ALL authentic. Watery, somehow. About have as many lime bits and maybe not enough sugar as needed. More like a mojito with cachaça than a caipirinha. (I once lived near the “Academia de Cachaça” in Rio, so I’ll confess to recognizing a good caipirinha.) Sooo disappointed.

Tried to book a big private party there. Physically left my # at the bar, no reply. Called back and spoke to the manager, Josh, who sent to the private events coordinator. Left a message then ghosted me again. They just opened, I had a great brunch there and tried to help jump start them with a huge party booking (literally waving money). They must not want this location to be successful. It's a shame because the food and staff were great. Sorry, but corporate needs to get their act together... Booked elsewhere. Next...
