What contributes to off flavor in beer? What are some of the main off flavors to look for? We’ll be going over the big 5 off flavors including Oxidation and Diacetyl, as well as talking a little about how we screen for these off flavors at our production brewery. There will also be an opportunity to learn a little more about Cincinnati State’s Brewing Program and the types of brewing education classes they offer!
