Metro is Southwest Ohio's fixed-route bus service, which serves Hamilton County residents in addition to providing commuter routes from Clermont, Butler and Warren counties into Cincinnati. Metro is a non-profit, tax-funded public service of the Southwest Ohio Regional Transit Authority (SORTA), providing about 14 million rides per year in the Greater Cincinnati area. Metro will introduce a new fare structure April 4. With that comes minor changes to the Fare Deal program.
- Monthly sticker increase from $38.50 to $40 per month
- $1 for all local routes
- $1.30 for express routes in Hamilton County
- $1.85 for suburban county express
- $2 half-fare day pass
