Hoxworth Blood Center, University of Cincinnati, was founded in 1938, and serves more than 30 hospitals in 18 counties in Southwestern Ohio, Northern Kentucky and Southeastern Indiana. Annually, Hoxworth collects more than 100,000 units of blood from local donors at our blood drives and in our Neighborhood Donation Centers located in Anderson, Blue Ash, Central, Ft. Lindner Center of HOPE is distinguished as a center of excellence for treating a vast array of mental disorders. The depth and breadth of services available at one location is unrivaled in the Midwest and is among the best in the country. Patients benefit from receiving highly individualized services from an onsite multidisciplinary team, which is the largest and most diverse group of clinicians in the Midwest, and who work collaboratively to understand and treat each patient.
Lindner Center of HOPE provides excellent, patient-centered, scientifically advanced care for individuals suffering with mental illness. A state-of-the-science mental-health center and charter member of the National Network of Depression Centers, the center provides psychiatric hospitalization and partial hospitalization for individuals 12 years and older (adolescent hospitalization is managed my Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center on the campus), outpatient services for all ages, diagnostic and short-term residential services for adults, intensive outpatient program for substance abuse and co-occurring disorders for adults, and research.

Cincinnati Music Festival Presented by P&G- July 25, 26, 27. The Cincinnati Music Festival Presented by P&G is co-promoted by The Santangelo Group and Ohio Valley Entertainment.
Originally called the Ohio Valley Jazz Festival when it was first held in 1962, the Macy's Music Festival has grown and evolved into a spectacular three-day event on Cincinnati's riverfront. Starting out as an all-jazz concert, it has evolved and grown into a two-day festival featuring great music from the hottest stars in R&B, jazz, soul, and hip-hop, as well as up and coming artists. Past performers include Aretha Franklin, Duke Ellington, Miles Davis, Luther Vandross, Gerald Levert, Patti Labelle, Janet Jackson, Earth Wind and Fire, Ari Lennox, Whitney Houston, Stevie Wonder and many others.

In 2018, Cincinnati’s premier sneaker boutique, Corporate, and Bigger Than Sneakers (BTS) created the Annual Cincinnati SneakerBall, a fundraising event which features a picturesque evening of entertainment, tuxedos, gowns, and of course, sneakers.
Join us on Saturday, August 5th at Hotel Covington for the 5th Annual Cincinnati SneakerBall! This celebration of sneaker culture and community will feature art, music, engaging activations, and the opportunity to connect with top professionals, influencers, and sports figures in the city – all in support of a great cause.

Inspired by the classic recipes of her beloved grandma Mimi, Elizabeth created a bakery that uses the finest, simple ingredients and brings celebration into each and every day.
Elizabeth’s time with Mimi forged an immeasurable bond and created a passion for baking that she knew she wanted to share with her family and friends. After raising her two children Torie and Spencer, Elizabeth enrolled in the Midwest Culinary Institute to cultivate her skills in culinary and pastry arts. She graciously shared her goodies with her Ft. Mitchell community and soon the demand was greater than her professional home kitchen could support. The dream of owning her own bakery soon became a reality and in the heart of the town she calls lovingly calls home.

Christen Collins is a Cincinnati, Ohio based artist that is on the pursuit of social practice through self-expression and art making. She is a student of life with a bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts from the Art Academy of Cincinnati and was formerly an Instructor in their Community Education Department where she was always collaborating on new and engaging projects, that could be shared and explored in a variety of different ways. She is currently a grad student at Savannah College of Art and Design, studying Creative Business Leadership in hopes to open her own studio in the future.
