Ken Anderson Alliance
Ken Anderson Alliance is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation creating "Live, Work, Engage" opportunities for adults with developmental disabilities. We are beginning in Cincinnati and hope to create integrated models and options that can be replicated across the U.S. We believe that adults with disabilities have the human and civil rights to live, work, play, socialize, recreate, love, learn, and worship in the settings and manner of their choosing, with the support of families, friends, and caregivers.
In November 2017, we launched PLAY (now ENGAGE), social experiences designed by adults with disabilities for adults with disabilities that include a wide variety of small group community outings with staff and volunteer supports. Our survey of adults with disabilities reveal their most frequent request is to socialize with peers and be in the community.
We are currently working to launch WORK, real, paid, integrated employment opportunities through urban agriculture, microenterprises, and community partners. We will augment these with vocational workshops to explore and develop work interests, talents, and abilities.
Our plan is to build our first community, The Commons at Springfield, in Springfield Township. The Commons at Springfield will be an innovative, integrated beneficial residential community that provides permanent supportive, affordable housing for a neurodiverse blend of adults with and without developmental disabilities who have a range of support needs.

Little Flour Baked Goods
Inspired by the classic recipes of her beloved grandma Mimi, Elizabeth created a bakery that uses the finest, simple ingredients and brings celebration into each and every day.
Elizabeth’s time with Mimi forged an immeasurable bond and created a passion for baking that she knew she wanted to share with her family and friends. After raising her two children Torie and Spencer, Elizabeth enrolled in the Midwest Culinary Institute to cultivate her skills in culinary and pastry arts. She graciously shared her goodies with her Ft. Mitchell community and soon the demand was greater than her professional home kitchen could support. The dream of owning her own bakery soon became a reality and in the heart of the town she calls lovingly calls home.
If you can’t spell it, Little Flour won’t bake with it. Just like grandma Mimi, Elizabeth bakes from scratch, using only the freshest and finest ingredients available.

Welcome to Rustic Grains, we’re glad you’re here. Allow us to introduce ourselves and share a little about who we are as a family, as a couple and as a business. We are Daniel and Sarah Cox and we began this journey with humble hearts, big dreams, and a whole lot of faith. We prayed for guidance and clarity as we began to think through our name, products, and mission when God then placed the verse Matthew 17:20 on our hearts. “He replied, “Because you have so little faith. Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.”
This verse rings loud and clear to us each and every day in everything that we do. From our company name, Rustic Grains, to working with grains of wood, we see the correlation as our faith as a grain of a mustard seed…and at the time we had no idea how important this verse would continue to be for our family.
On October 24th, 2019, we lost our home and shop to a fire that took nearly all of our belongings. There were very few things left but as we picked through the rubble we found our precious family pictures still hanging on the studs and our family bible that was perfectly intact. God had his hand on our family that day, no one was home except for Daniel who escaped unharmed. We can replace the material thing we lost that day and even though it has been difficult, what matters most is that we are all still here together. That incredible blessing is not lost on us.
Since the fire, our family has had a full array of emotions and daily struggles. It’s not just something that “goes away”, we still deal with something related to the fire each day. However, we look at the loss as the biggest blessing our family has and most likely will ever have. God showed us so much that day and each day following that we have learned and grown so much for the better. God has continued to provide for us and taught us how strong our faith in him needs to be to continue on.
So here we are, diving in on faith full of hope and promise that you will enjoy the goods we love to create! We want our pieces to help mold your house into a home for you and your families. We want to help you create spaces that are unique and welcoming for family and friends helping foster family time and gathering together. These are the things we love most of all.
We truly feel that God has big plans for the Cox Crew and Rustic Grains and we are so anxious to continue on this journey with each of you!

Christen Collins is a Cincinnati, Ohio based artist that is on the pursuit of social practice through self-expression and art making. She is a student of life with a bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts from the Art Academy of Cincinnati and was formerly an Instructor in their Community Education Department where she was always collaborating on new and engaging projects, that could be shared and explored in a variety of different ways. Memorial Hall OTR
Memorial Hall is conveniently located in the heart of the revitalized arts district of Over-the-Rhine. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1978, this exquisite venue overlooks Washington Park, and is neighbor to Music Hall, the Transept, the School for Creative and Performing Arts, and the Cincinnati Shakespeare Company.
Memorial Hall also houses a special collection of artwork and artifacts of local civic and military history. More than 40 pieces are on display throughout the building, including the storied wreath that is said to have adorned Abraham Lincoln's casket when it passed through Columbus, Ohio. Other pieces previously on display are under the care of the Hamilton County Public Library and the Cincinnati Museum Center.
Hosting more than 250 events each year, Memorial Hall offers an elegant setting for performances and unique spaces for social and business functions.
