Hoxworth Blood Center, University of Cincinnati, was founded in 1938, and serves more than 30 hospitals in 18 counties in Southwestern Ohio, Northern Kentucky and Southeastern Indiana. Annually, Hoxworth collects more than 100,000 units of blood from local donors at our blood drives and in our Neighborhood Donation Centers located in Anderson, Blue Ash, Central, Ft. Mitchell, Tri-County, Mason, and West to help save the lives of patients in Cincinnati Tristate hospitals. Hoxworth Blood Center: Saving Lives Close to Home.

All blood and platelet donors receive an exclusive 40oz. Tumbler! Donate at any of the seven Hoxworth Neighborhood Donor Centers or select mobile drives to get yours!
For every platelet donation made during this two-month period, donors will secure an entry into the drawing. Individuals can donate platelets once every two weeks, multiplying your chances of being the one chosen winner and etching your name in Cincinnati Reds history as the hero who threw the first pitch.
All donors at any Hoxworth Neighborhood Donor Center or select mobile drives will receive a free 40oz. tumbler.
