Imagination Alley
Imagination Alley is a pocket park located in the heart of Vine Street in Over-The-Rhine. Situated in the 1300 block of Vine, the space has been underutilized in recent years. Recognizing the potential for the site, the City of Cincinnati sought proposals from organizations who would want to manage the space. 3CDC’s proposal, which included improvements to the physical space, followed by ongoing management and programming of the reimagined space, was selected. Construction on the site began in May 2021. The redevelopment will create a welcoming space activated by events, showcasing local artwork and building community congregation. Imagination Alley will be home to a variety of events and community gatherings, including programs like the Street Stage Project, Final Friday, and other activations that will draw residents and visitors and help cultivate neighborhood comradery.

The Acres
The Acres, formerly Etter’s Golf Center, expands 15 acres in the Village of Evendale along the Mill Creek and has offered a driving range, two mini golf courses, and a pro shop since the 1950’s. Along with the revitalization of the existing facilities, enhancements to the Acres include a restaurant and bar led by local renowned chef, Leroy Ansley, offering elevated American classic faire, covered and heated driving range bays, and one rentable Trackman private room. Inspired by the classic recipes of her beloved grandma Mimi, Elizabeth created a bakery that uses the finest, simple ingredients and brings celebration into each and every day.
Elizabeth’s time with Mimi forged an immeasurable bond and created a passion for baking that she knew she wanted to share with her family and friends. After raising her two children Torie and Spencer, Elizabeth enrolled in the Midwest Culinary Institute to cultivate her skills in culinary and pastry arts. She graciously shared her goodies with her Ft. Mitchell community and soon the demand was greater than her professional home kitchen could support. The dream of owning her own bakery soon became a reality and in the heart of the town she calls lovingly calls home.
If you can’t spell it, Little Flour won’t bake with it. Just like grandma Mimi, Elizabeth bakes from scratch, using only the freshest and finest ingredients available.

Lindner Center of HOPE is distinguished as a center of excellence for treating a vast array of mental disorders. The depth and breadth of services available at one location is unrivaled in the Midwest and is among the best in the country. Patients benefit from receiving highly individualized services from an onsite multidisciplinary team, which is the largest and most diverse group of clinicians in the Midwest, and who work collaboratively to understand and treat each patient.
Lindner Center of HOPE provides excellent, patient-centered, scientifically advanced care for individuals suffering with mental illness. A state-of-the-science mental-health center and charter member of the National Network of Depression Centers, the center provides psychiatric hospitalization and partial hospitalization for individuals 12 years and older (adolescent hospitalization is managed my Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center on the campus), outpatient services for all ages, diagnostic and short-term residential services for adults, intensive outpatient program for substance abuse and co-occurring disorders for adults, and research.
